Our Location
The Writer's Garret office can be found upstairs at Paperbacks Plus, located at 6115 LaVista, one block northeast of the intersection of Skillman and Live Oak, behind the Skillman-Live Oak Center.
Paperbacks Plus generously donates space to The Writer's Garret and has been supporting the literary community in Dallas for over 20 years. Paperbacks Plus offers a wide selection of used books, paperbacks, comics, CD's, audio/video tapes, and more, as well as contemporary works by Texas authors; and they will take requests for items which are not in stock. We hope you will pay them a visit before or after your stay at the Garret, so that you can continue your literary experience at home.
